When creating a new meeting in Outlook Classic using the add-in, it adds a space at the top of the body of the invite and indents the user's name by one space.
If you use the plugin or schedule directly from Zoom it does not do this.
If you look at the template the line break and indent are not there.
This is a small issue, obviously, but it's annoying that it's not using the template as designed. Does anyone know if there is another template this uses?

I don't know that you can change the default Outlook classic format. You could schedule the meeting directly in Zoom to avoid this issue. If you would prefer to send a calendar invite there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Outlook calendar invites for your Zoom meetings with a degree of customizability.
