On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

This is another reason why Discord is the better option for online meetings. I had a 1on1 with my professor, who gave me feedback on my essay, and he sent me the file back through the chat, I downloaded it, and after I left the meeting, I tried to open it. The file had the name, time, and date, right, but not the pdf and it was empty??? I am beyond words of how upset I am, because that was my building block for what I needed to work on to get a decent grade, and zoom has yet again done me dirty.  Why do institutions push this product of zoom? When everything is poorly made and super frustrating.

I agree with you. My experience when having a call with Nembutal Outlet's owner was not good.
