The error 5003 is popping up frequently on my macbook. I tried switching off the firewall and also enabling microphone and video on 'security and privacy' settings. I also tried changing the proxy. But nothing seems to work out.
It says to contact the network administrator which i'm not sure how to. I checked in 'users and groups' settings and it says i'm the admin for my system.
kindly help me resolve this. It's becoming a big problen joining from my mobile for zoom calls.

Hey @Shriya, the error 5003 is a general networking issue, either there is a firewall or proxy that is blocking the user from joining the meeting or accessing the Zoom server.
If you are also on VPN, this might cause this error as well. We would recommend checking within your network or ISP to see if they are blocking the connection to zoom.

I hope this helps!
