One of the things that has been great about Zoom is the security settings in which to make sure you don't have a Zoom bomber. For instance you could make sure that a participant cannot share a screen or whiteboard, etc.
It recently came to my attention that any participant can begin to share an app during a meeting.
I have done a lot of searching and cannot find a way to turn that off.
Can you please provide assistance?

HI I Have the same issue. I would like this setting turned off by default. We typically dont use tis feature. Cant find any place to turn this feature to be off by default. We could always turn it on if needed. If you know a way PLEASE POST IT.

If you are the host, you can disable this by unchecking the box from the security shield button.
