I have a recurring meeting, the first event was last week and the next is a week away. After someone registers and try's to add the event to the calendar, Zoom takes them to their calendar but then an error pops up and states, this meeting cannot be found. Is there a simple fix to this issue?

Hey @Thomas4 apologies for not getting to your discussion sooner! Do you mind sharing what calendar you're using? I went through the process of adding Zoom to your calendar from the registration email and didn't run into any issues 🤔
1. Adding to calendar (I used google calendar):
2. Signing into your calendar service
3. Added meeting to calendar (gcal)
Was this what you were referring to adding to your calenar?

I'm having the same issue. Once I sign into my Google account, I receive the following message, "Could not find the requested event". See attached screen shot.

I am also having the same problem, once I selected Google as a default calendar, every time I say save to calendar it gives that error and doesnt save or create an invite.

This comes down to the structure of the recurring meeting ics file. ICS attachments for recurring meetings are a little more complicated. If the default file doesn't work with your calendar you could create a separate recurring calendar invite in google calendar and paste the Zoom link into it. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that sends calendar invites for recurring Zoom meetings including upon registration.

But why would it not work is the question and how can that be fixed? It seems like if you are on a relatively new apple computer using Google and Zoom it should be able to communicate together. You would think anyway.

I have this same issue and am looking for a resolution. I came to realize that I have not ever been able to send a calendar invite through Zoom pro. I can't believe I am paying such a high price for PRO and can not even send invites through Zoom itself. All I am paying for is extra time and extended capacity 2-3 times a year. Anyone find a fix for this?
