I recently upgraded to Version: 6.2.3 (2056) Zoom Workplace (enterprise) and it is incredibly unstable under Ubuntu Linux 24.04 LTS, to the point where the application freezes within about 5 minutes of usage.
Tell me how to troubleshoot or what diagnostics are needed, I'm technical.
Zoom v Version: 6.2.3 (2056) is unusable on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Linux.

I am definitely having a similar issue of crashing since V6.2 on linux, it tends to happen after screenshare (classic white board) is toggled on an off after around 5-10 times during a meeting.
It happens on Manjaro and latest Linux Mint (completely different machines). I had to downgrade to V6.1 which works pretty well. I have contacted Zoom support but I they are completely clueless and assert that they cannot reproduce the error.

I agree we will have to troubleshoot this ourselves.
- I can't see a "zoom log" or equivalent in /var/log/ but assume Zoom *does* log somehow
- Looking at /var/log/syslog there are a few Zoom-related errors but they are all about reporting Zoom crashes to /var/crash
I'm not sure what else to check / tail / look at though if we don't know where Zoom logs to ....

The zoom logs on my system (Manjaro LInux) are in
/home/yourusername/.zoom/logs/
I believe this was a recent change to where logs are stored since version 6 of zoom.
