Zoom Workplace, how to hide the 'exit full screen' button on the upper right of second screen?

ever since we started using the dual-screen feature on Zoom, we've always had a clean second screen. However, since an update to Zoom Workplace sometime in 2024, an 'Exit Full Screen' button now persistently appears in the upper-right corner. This is frustrating because it prevents a clean video feed. How can I get rid of that 'Exit Full Screen' button?
