Zoom Recording missing

I recorded a Zoom Conversation in August for a very import work project.  I have since recorded 13 conversations and this is the only one missing. When I click on the link for my recordings on my Mac it takes me to a blank file no recording. Does Zoom download the recordings somewhere else on my Mac?

 This information is crucial.  Please advise.
