On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Recording: Presenter on Top Right

I've been running into this strange situation where a presenter is using PowerPoint during one of our webinars and the recording superimposes their camera video on the top right. Not just that but it's lifted just a little bit above the presentation too so when I get the video file of the recording the video is in a weird aspect ratio to accommodate.

Is this something in PowerPoint that's doing this or something on Zoom? (see picture for example)

I have found that Zoom is responsible for this layout. I have users who have submitted service tickets in relation to this. It is not popular. I have submitted a feature request to Zoom requesting the previous recording layout where the camera is to the side of the content, not on top of it.

But what feature do I need to disable or play with to make sure this doesn't happen?
