I would like to ensure our participants can join the zoom meeting without the host having to be on the call.

Please advise.

Hello,

Yes. As long as you have Join Before Host enabled this will work with no issues. You won't have some of the features that are available to hosts though. One option is to add Alternative Hosts so that they'll become the host if the scheduling host doesn't join.

I hope that helps! Please mark the reply Accept As Solution if it does.

Thank you, Tom! I sent a screenshot of what is selected. I am scheduling an interview for two individuals to meet and I do not want to be on the call to allow them in nor host. I hope this works!
