Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with joining Zoom meetings on mobile app and would appreciate any help.
I receive a Zoom meeting link from my server.
On a desktop browser, the link opens fine.
On mobile, when I open the link, it opens a webview and asks me to install Zoom, even though the Zoom app is already installed.
The only way I can get the meeting to open properly is by joining from the webview — but I want the link to automatically open the Zoom app if it's already installed.
For context, I'm building the mobile app using React Native.
Is there any solution for this issue without using the Zoom SDK?
Ideally, I just want to handle the meeting link so that it triggers the installed Zoom app directly.
Thanks a lot for your help!
