Zoom Meeting Connector Node Redundancy

Hello,
We are using Zoom On-Prem. There is a Meeting Connector in two locations.

Only one data center is visible in the meetings and no traffic or meetings occur on the server in the second data center.
Is this normal? If there are settings, I couldn't find them in the menu. Can you share a document about this?
Can we distribute the load balance while working with backups?
