Zoom Meeting API 409 Error

When I try to get list all recordings using Zoom Meeting API[GET /users/{userId}/recordings] getting 409 error,
One or more errors occurred. ('e' is an invalid start of a value. Path: $ | LineNumber: 0 | BytePositionInLine: 0.)

 

Could you please explain causes and how can I do this for problem?

 

Zoom SDK Version : ZoomRecordingArchiver 1.0.2.1
