Zoom 5.10.4: Why the “video panel” of the host doesn’t have the property to be on top of all open application when sharing a screen?

 

As a participant shares the screen, the “video panel” gets on top of all open apps but as the HOST shares the screen, the “video panel” doesn’t get on top all open apps

 

What could be the issue here?
