I have had ZOOM for a long time, I am a web developer and I connect with fiber optics at 400mb browsing speed (all the time). Still, when I was in a meeting on ZOOM everything was cut off and I never had access again. I've tried deleting, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cookies and still can't access the Zoom platform properly. I repeat that I have an internet connection and still the response from the platform is the same: "Cannot connect to zoom. Check your network connection." So what do I do to get back to normal?

Try booting your computer in safe mode, then verify that while in safe mode if they can successfully sign in to Zoom then uninstall and install back Zoom, reboot to normal mode.
