Not really sure where this goes, but I've had earlier system issues, but can now isolate my Windows 10 system locking up to the point of hitting the reset button to times I've been in Zoom meetings, which has been twice in the latest 48-hour period. I'm certain I'm running the latest Zoom client and everything (drivers, etc.) else is updated on my PC because these issues used to happen outside of Zoom meetings, and I've been working with my PC manufacturer's tech support on them. Do I have any easy recourse?

I can follow-up by saying I think I can trace the problem to the virtual backgrounds package that needs to be installed if I want to use them. I went through a few Zoom karaoke sessions tonight using just the barebones client and didn't experience a problem.
