I am a healthcare professional with a Pro Account of Zoom. I am able to host meetings without issues to my international clients except from China. For some reason, my attendees from China are unable to join the meeting and are shown a restriction message. I find that unusual and hoping to find a solution to fix this.

Try to use the Network Connectivity Tool to get more information about your issues and please post the result.
I would also ercommend to open a case on Zoom support in parallel.
