When Playing a Video, it stops at about 5 minutes

When I play a Zoom video it always stops at about 5 minutes and I have no choice but to leave Zoom. I get this error message "We couldn't open video10022179144 as we can't get to your OneDrive storage right now. Check you internat connection, then try again"  I know that my internet was connected the whole time, so that is not the problem.  However, my OneDrive is filled to 90% capacity.  So, could that be the resons for this problem?  And why does the video have to go to OneDrive anyway?  What changes can I make to it won't have to go to OneDrive, or if it has to go to another cloud serice, to which one?
