I am unable to add the 2 people who will be managing the attendees, as they are not on my license. Can I appoint them as alternate hosts once we are in the Webinar so that they can manage the attendees?

@mpatcoulter Yes, once you are in the webinar you can make them co-hosts.
I suggest setting them initially as panelists to make the process smoother. If not, you will need to promote them from attendee to panelist in webinar. .
You can make all of these changes from the "Participants" tab when in the webinar.
