WHY WONT ZOOM ACCEPT MY ALTERNATIVE HOST EMAIL??

ONCE I PRESSED SAVE FOR MY ALTERNATIVE HOST  I GET A MESSAGE THAT READS( PARAPHRASE), "unable to assign...because the user cannot be selected at this time".  WHAT IS USUALLY THE ISSUE THAT ONE CANT BE SELECTED?

In the Zoom web portal, go to Meetings in the left sidebar. Select the meeting that you would like to add an alternative host to. You can select it from the list on the Upcoming Meetings tab or the Personal Meeting Room tab.
