Is somebody else having problems when using the webcam? When I try to use it, zoom crashes and it kicks me out of the session...

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your camera settings? Or tell me the specifics of the camera you're using with Zoom, such as whether it's an integrated camera, a Logitech camera, etc., and if you know the model number, that will also help!

 

May I also ask what operating system you're using, whether Windows or macOS, and what Zoom version you're using?


This information should help me narrow down specific troubleshooting steps we can take to get your camera working with Zoom properly.
