I can`t implement virtual background in my macbook air 2020 (japan version, core i 3, updated ios version). please give me an alternative. thanks

Hey @suha_ila, if your Operating System doesn’t meet our requirements we do not recommend enabling “I have a green screen” without a green screen. You will need a green screen to use our virtual background feature if your system doesn’t meet the requirements for more info ➡️ support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511.
