View option button for share screen mode is gone!!!

View options button for share screen mode has simply dissapeared for me. My app version is the latest (5.8.0). Even though it is configured for side by side mode while screen sharing it shows only the screen shared and not the participants. I cannot access side by side mode anymore. Does anyone know how to solve this ´problem?

Renatasigaud,

 

Can you please verify that you have your camera turned on?  If you turn off the camera and you are the only participant, the participant window will not show up.

I have the same problem as Renatasigaud: View Options button for share screen mode has  disappeared for me.  Even though it is configured for side by side mode while screen sharing it shows only the screen shared and not the participants. I cannot access side by side mode anymore.  Please help!
