I set up a meeting with a PowerPoint presentation and used the feature to put the speaker on the screen (the floating head) with the presentation. I want to be able to have other joining speakers populate when they are speaking, or start and stay on the screen with the presentation from the beginning. I don't want to spotlight them. Is this possible in the meeting setting?

There are some complex ways to do this depending upon the actual desired result. You can also use templates to configure multiple talking heads with a presentation. None of these are automatic about selecting who is seen.
