On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Small business with 2 user license.   Deleted previous user and added new one.

this use is I.D. in user management as an admin and I am the owner.

This user enters all meetings as me and con not be reassigned.

What is the deal?

I am sorry you are having problems, although I am not completely sure if I understand what is going on.  Let me see if I understand this correctly:

 

You started with 2 users (A, the owner, and B, another user).  You deleted user B and added user C, whom you made an admin.  Now when user C signs in with their own credentials, they create the meetings on your account (user A) and you cannot reassign them?
