Used to be able to do a "recurring" "meet anytime" - but now can't. What's going on?

I used to be able to schedule a recurring, "meet anytime" meeting with clients. Now there isn't that option and I have to pick a date and time to meet regularly, and how often etc..  There is no option under "recurrence" that states, "no fixed time" as I saw other instructions stating.

 

What's going on and how do I fix this?

I am experience the same "disappearance" but I do not find any solution provided by Zoom
