Hi Rudolph. I feel your pain. Thanks for replying.

 

I intend to begin a new page with a new version of my name and expect that when I use that to join a meeting the latest software version will get me there. I cannot now install the software version that I downloaded, as I am tied to the outdated version to be able to sign in. Good luck! Mike.
