Hi,

How do I update my Basic version?

Also, I can't see Virtual Background on my Settings. How to fix? Thanks!

Sign into zoom client.

Click your profile picture.

Click check for updates.

Thanks Alex, but when I click on the profile picture there is no "Check for updates", only my name , my email address and Sign Out.
