Every time I zoom into a meeting on my computer, just every 10 minutes I get a reminder with "Unstable internet connection". Later, I entered another meeting through my phone with the same connection and the receipt did not appear, I understand that it is an error in my app in the computer. I already uninstall and install the app, but it still works. What I can do?

Are you on a wireless WiFi connection, or a wired connection to your router?
If you are on WiFi, there may be a some problem there (that does not affect your phone) and it would be a worthwhile test to use a wired connection to your router to see if that helps?
Are you using a Apple computer, or a Windows PC - laptop or desktop?

The problem is very stranger, because It only happens every exact 10 minutes and it has never happened to me.
