Unable to share recording

I have been unable to share a recording of a meeting with the external attendees of the meeting.  Although I have checked the box to allow everyone with a link to the recording to view it, they are getting an error that says:
"Due to organizational policies, you cannot access this resource from this network location."  

 

Does this error mean that it is MY organization's policies or their own policies that prevent them from accessing the recording?

Hi kiloecho78. Did you find a solution for this? We're dealing with the same issue, and I can see no other settings that will allow viewing the recording outside our organization.

I think I've figured out our issue. I turned off the IP address access control. Now, I can access the recording from outside our organization's network. I hope this helps!
