Unable to select the Virtual background with USB camera connected with desktop

Hi,

 

I am unable to select the Virtual background with USB camera connected with desktop(even with checking the "I have a green screen" after applying the Virtual background the background is not able to apply clearly(like partial and scatters).

 

Same thing when i am trying with laptop with an integrated camera the VB is applied successfully.

 

Please suggest the solution for it
