Unable to see poll in the meeting

Hi, I cannot see the poll function in the zoom meeting. And I follow exactly from the help zoom community, by going to Navigation bar - Setting - Meeting

And there is no polling button to enable. Pls help.

Be sure you have "Meeting Polls/Quizzes" turned on in the web portal. Once the desktop client is launched for the meeting go to more > polls/quizzes.

I have the same problem. I have created the poll, but I can’t see any way of enabling it from within my meeting.
