I am having an error where I can launch a meeting and enter the waiting room, but when the meeting starts, it doesn't launch on my computer, only my phone. When I ask the host if they see me in the waiting room, they say they do not.
What do I do to fix this?

@SharonL This should only happen if the incorrect meeting link is being joined from the desktop client.
First, try inputting the information manually on the desktop client and on the mobile client to see if the issue persists. There shouldn't be an issue when trying to join a meeting from both devices at the same time, as they should both independently join the same meeting and will both be in the waiting room.
If this doesn't help resolve the issue (assuming there is an issue with the link on the desktop client), try uninstalling and reinstalling the client via these instructions:https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom.
