When trying to update to latest user version for my Mac, I can get it downloaded, but for installation, a password is  required.  I am using the same password I use for my general check-in, but it does not work.  Is there a separate password needed for this?   thanks

You need to use the admin password from your OSX account, not the password you use to log into Zoom meetings. If you are not the admin of the computer you should contact the person who is and ask them to install the app for you.
