Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Smiley2626.

See this Zoom Support article that I believe addresses your situation:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/10849330900493-Zoom-error-message-Please-log-in-with-a-com...

A meeting owner can specify that only people with Zoom account email addresses in specific domain names, and further require that only Zoom-authenticated users be admitted to the session.  Zoom-authenticated means that each attendee is required to be logged into a valid Zoom account (can be any account, including Basic/Free account) to enter.

You might check with the meeting owner to see if this restriction was intended, or inadvertent.

Thanks for the link.  Is this for the organizer of the meeting or the participant?

Interesting for you: helps you understand what might have happened.

Definitely for the organizer -- sometimes people click check boxes not really knowing what effect it will have.  Maybe it was intentional - but unlikely.
