Studio effects are broken

When I go to studio effects, there are no Eyebrows or Moustache&Beard options, and the Lip color, while present, doesn't get applied.  I can do backgrounds and blur.  I have the latest version (5.10.4 (5035)).  

Any suggestions on how I can get studio effects?

You should reinstall Zoom, or check for updates. Aksi check if you have computer extensions blocking this function.

i have it befoe but now when i reinstall the zoom it is not showing anymore
