Sound distortion in screen share

I see lots of "fixes" but nothing from Zoom, not even acknowledgment that there's clearly a problem.  I joined their 'Ask Any Question' webinar today and my question was not addressed there either.

We aim to provide helpful resolutions or workarounds to issues, however, some unique issues may not be solved in the Community alone. Knowledgable Support Agents will help troubleshoot and, if needed, issues are then investigated by Engineering before a fix can be developed and implemented.
