Sharing Website screen in zoom Class

I wanted to share my website screen in a Zoom meeting with my students for teaching purposes but the screen was stuck and my students were unable to take my class yesterday.

Stuck is not a definitive condition. Do you mean that your mouse cursor would not move? Your website menus did not work? Website video did not play? etc. Need a more definitive description of the hardware, OS, internet connection bandwidth and connection method.
