Send Zoom invite caters toward meeting host

When I send the Zoom invite to my clients, who are mostly seniors, they click the buttton to join the meeting that is for the host. Then Zoom wants them to login and it goes downhill from there. 

 

Down below is a small link for the attendee. 

 

How can I change that? So the center button is for the attendee and maybe a link below for a host? 

 

PS-Has zoom abandoned customer service at this point? There is no way to talk to them? Even via a chatbox?

You could copy the correct link and relevant information and send it to them. If you want to automate this there is a marketplace app, Salepager, for sharing the correct Zoom link and making it easy to join your Zoom meetings.
