Screen name didn't update

I went into my Profile and changed my screen name, but when I join a meeting hosted by someone else my old screen name is the one the shows up.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Jizo! Did you change your screen name following these instructions? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363203-Customizing-your-profile 

If you are using a Company zoom account, it could also be that the company's policy dictates how screen names are populated during the account creation process.
