Screen Sharing using Apple Air play via zoom

I use zoom for sharing my screen using my Macbook air. To scribble notes during the meeting, I use my IPAD notes which I share using Air play option in the zoom share screen and share to my participants.

After upgrading Macbook to Monterey and iOS to 15.1, the screen sharing using airplay is not visible to my meeting participants. This is impacting my work.

I contacted apple support and after a lot of troubleshooting, they have suggested to log a ticket with zoom as it seems to be a zoom issue  

Can someone help resolve this issue.
