I just created a full year of PowerPoint monthly presentations for our support group, it was my first go at is, and the first meeting in mid-April worked fine.  No when I start a meeting in the desktop app (My Workspace on Zoom) the Share Screen button doesn't even show up.  All the others like invite do.  When I try from online, I get "share is not available for this meeting?

Check the web portal to be sure that screen sharing is enabled. The following article explains how to set it in ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
