I have a meeting tomorrow with a larger group of about 40 people.
The person making a presentation just informed me they are having issues and would like me to share and operate the PowerPoint presentation while they speak. I would like the attendees to see the PP presentation and the speakers video at the same time, if at all possible.
Should I just share my screen with the PP presentation? If attendees have side by side activated, will they see the shared PP and the speaker?
It there a better way to make this go smoothly?
Can I use my pc to log in as HOST ... and then also log in on my laptop as a regular user? If I shared the PP on my laptop, can I (on my HOST PC) choose to spotlight the shared presentation AND the speaker?
I'm thinking thru this pretty fast, and thinking that may not work.
Any ides on how to make this happen smoothly?

Turn off your video
Spotlight the speaker
Share the powerpoint
That should do it!

You can share your screen with the PowerPoint presentation, and if attendees have Side-by-Side Mode activated, they’ll be able to see both the presentation and the speaker’s video. If you use two devices, logging in on your PC as the host and your laptop as a regular user, you can share the PowerPoint from your laptop and spotlight both the speaker and the presentation from the host PC. Alternatively, if your PC has dual monitors, you can manage both the speaker’s video and the presentation more easily from one device. This setup should help the meeting go smoothly!

Or, you don't need two devices or two monitors - get a $3 ghost monitor (dummy monitor) that plugs into your HDMI jack. Open Powerpoint in presenter mode and the full screen presentation will be sent to your ghost monitor, which frees up your screen for other stuff (chat, etc).
