Scheduling a meeting with Registration using questions

Set up a meeting that requires registration. Also, put in registration a question, "Who invited you?" When a person registers, the received registration is not displaying the name of the person who invited them. Is that a defect in the software or am I missing something in the setup of the registration? Thanks in advance!

I was hoping someone else would take a stab at your question, since I don't do a lot with registration on Zoom.

When you say "the received registration is not displaying the name of the person who invited them" -- what are you looking at?  I think the only place the registration question's answers are displayed is on the Registration Report.  See this Zoom Support article on how that report can be generated:
