Do you know if someone on your behalf is hosting a meeting? Maybe an alternate host or someone who has your "host key", just for the sake of security I would change my password and my Host key and then try again and see if the issue is still present.

I did those and then realise it was my app version that was set to 'in a meeting'. Thank you for your help because without making those changes I wouldn't have found the cause.
