Scheduled meeting invites don't show on the invited person's calendar

When I schedule a future meeting with someone through the app, they don't see it on their calendar and sometimes miss out on the meeting... Do you know if this is normal? What can I do to fix it?

Hello. It is the person that is receiving the invite. If you sent me a Zoom invite via Google Calendar, it doesn't show on my calendar unless I click YES or Maybe on the meeting invite in my Inbox.

Now, regardless of my accepting the invite, I can make it show on my calendar, but that is a Google Calendar Setting. The screenshot is added below. 

Now, if you are using Outlook, please let me know, and I'll include those instructions, but it is the recipient, and not you.  If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution. Thank you.
