Schedule meeting with client in different time zone

A client is moving to Switzerland which is 6 hours later than my time EST (1pm EST = 7pm Swiss).  Do I simply schedule a meeting to start on EST day/time?  How do I make the meeting invite specify the meeting date/time in both locations?
