I'm hoping to be able to use Schedule Privilege to make sure that presenters in my organization have settings that enable maximum user participation. How much access would someone with schedule privilege have to settings that maximize attendee participation?

Hi ElizabethR,
If you have scheduling privileges for a presenter, you will be able to see and change the settings available when scheduling the meeting. For example, enable waiting room, pre-assign breakout rooms, automatically record, etc. Other settings like annotations, chat, file transfer would only be accessible if you are an administrator on the account.
Hope this helps!
