Requesting the owner to let guest in meeting even though there is an alternative host

I am responsible to schedule all meetings for a variety of people. Whenever I do this I make one of the participants the host so they will not need me. Recently, zoom is still requesting that I let people into the meetings. Why does this keep happening?

Even though Zoom is altering you to people waiting to join, is the participant you nominated as Host still able to see and let in the people waiting?

How is Zoom requesting you let people if you have left. Are you getting a popup in the app, or by email?
