On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Registration Button not working

I've just set up a series of meetings for which I'm requiring registration.  But the registration button isn't working.  When visitor completes the form, and clicks the button,  nothing happens.   

This seems to happen on mobile (ios, at least), and on various browsers from my mac.

interestingly, when i'm logged in to zoom.us, the button does seem to work, but not otherwise.

 

HELP!

I'm also having the same problem and just posted asking for help. Would love to know how to solve this.

 I never did find a fix.... and haven't done a webinar in a while, so no idea whether it's still a problem.  I'll report back next time (soon) as I'm planning a new webinar in July
